Technology Training Specialist - West LA, Atlanta or Miami

We’re seeking a dedicated and innovative Technology Training Specialist to elevate training programs for attorneys and staff across our California Offices. This pivotal role combines instructional expertise, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to drive our firm’s commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive training on the firm’s core technical applications and AI resources through in-person, virtual, and one-on-one sessions.
- Facilitate Global New Hire Onboarding, ensuring new team members are equipped with essential skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create engaging content, including guides, job aids, and assessments.
- Manage training projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and quality assurance processes.
- Partner with regional HR and operational teams to assess learning needs, recommend solutions, and develop tailored programs.
- Participate in software rollouts, pilot programs, and testing to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.
- Track attendance, generate reports, and provide metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest trends in technology and AI, incorporating innovative tools and approaches into training efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering technical training in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong proficiency in training delivery, both in-person and virtually.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office 365, document management systems (e.g., iManage), and document production tools (e.g., Big Hand).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives seamlessly.
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience training in legal or professional services industries.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled applications such as CoCounsel, Westlaw Advantage, Luminance, Definely, Intelligize+, Clear brief, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Certification in Learning and Performance or related fields.
- Knowledge of virtual learning platforms and tools to enhance engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in legal technology and familiarity with AI tools is highly advantageous.
- This hybrid role requires regular in-office presence in West LA, Atlanta or Miami several times a week for training, meetings, and relationship building.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new AI developments.
- Ability to travel for training sessions, software pilot programs, or team events as needed.
