Position Overview- Deliver specialized instruction and support to approximately 20 upper elementary students enrolled in special education programs across two school sites.
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to foster academic and social-emotional growth, to ensure all mandated timelines are met.
- Partner with staff and parents across both school communities to coordinate lesson plans and program services, ensuring curriculum continuity for every learner.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential with a Mild / Moderate Authorization
- Prior experience teaching and supporting upper elementary students (Grades 3-5)
- Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload across a multi-site school environment
- Top Compensation:
Earn up to $51.20 - $56.20
Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as an Education Specialist Teacher, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
