What You’ll Do:
- Assess students, collect data, create and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and serve on the student’s IEP team.
- Work closely with students, either 1:1 or across entire classrooms implementing IEP and BIP services.
- Coach and support Behavior Interventionists and other support staff across one or more school sites, promoting best practices in behavior and PBIS.
- Build rapport and trust with children and their parents/guardians.
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Support Special Education Teachers in delivering IEP and BIP services.
- Follow direction from and collaborate with lead teachers, administrators, and other school staff.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (issued by BACB).
