Outpatient Primary Care in LA; Staples Center

Overview

MLK Community Medical Group (MLK CMG) has an opening for a Full-Time Outpatient Primary Care provider at its new location in Downtown Los Angeles (1.3 miles from Staples Center). We are a growing multi-specialty group which currently has sixteen different specialties.

• Provide outpatient primary care to an average of 20 patients per day

• Must be board-certified in Family Medicine or Med Peds
• Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) is preferred, but not required:
  Spanish speaking scribe provided
• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Competitive compensation which includes: guaranteed salary with a quality driven bonus structure, sign-on bonus, health and life insurance, 401 K + match, malpractice insurance, CME reimbursement and license related reimbursement.

• 4 days of on-site 8am - 5pm; 4 hours of admin (on-site or remote)
• Average of 20 patients per day
• Sign on bonus 5%
• Opportunity to earn up to 10% annual bonus;
  Guaranteed for Year 1 and Year 2
• Year 1 cash compensation $300,000 + $15,000 (sign on bonus) + $30,000 (annual bonus) = $345,000
