  • Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm with admin time built in
  • New consults 45 - 60 minutes, follow-ups 15 - 45 minutes
  • MOCA assessment required for yearly follow-up visits
  • Adult patient population only
  • No call requirements

  • 4-month assignment length
  • Internal medicine or family medicine background accepted
