Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team across multiple treatment locations in the San Fernando Valley, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking for a flexible, part-time role providing ongoing psychiatric support to clients in structured outpatient and residential programs.

This clinician will provide two (2) in-person days per month at 5 different facilities and conduct approximately twenty (20) virtual follow up client appointments throughout the month. Support is primarily focused on medication management, progress evaluation, and collaborative care within a treatment team model.

• Conduct two in-person psychiatric days per month at 5 designated locations
• Complete approximately 20 virtual follow-up psychiatric evaluations throughout the month
• Provide medication management, symptom monitoring, and ongoing care planning
• Collaborate with clinical teams including therapists, nurses, and case managers
• Document all sessions in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards
• Participate in care coordination discussions as needed
• Maintain compliance with California licensing and scope-of-practice requirements

• Licensed Psychiatrist (MD or DO) in the state of California (required)
• Experience working with behavioral health, substance use disorder (SUD), or dual-diagnosis populations preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable, professional, and committed to client-centered care
• Ability to travel to various sites throughout the San Fernando Valley for in-person visits

• $2250 per in-person day
