- Call coverage: weeknights 5pm ‐ 7am, one weekday per week
- Weekend shifts:
Friday 5pm ‐ Monday 7am, one weekend per month - Low call volume with minimal callback
- Primarily coordinating patient transfers via phone
- Routine procedures ‐‐ no complex cases, appendectomies, ECMO, or trauma
- Additional surgical support available for complex cases
- Call‐only position
