Leadership Opportunity for Board-Certified REI Physician – New IVF Center in Los Angeles

West Coast Fertility Center is a well-established, physician-led fertility practice with a respected history of providing advanced reproductive care. We are seeking a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician to lead the development of a new, cutting-edge IVF center in the Los Angeles area. The selected candidate will also work in collaboration with an existing high-performing fertility site in California.

The selected physician will practice independently, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive growth to achieve 1,000+ IVF cycles annually at the new LA location. We prioritize integrity, ethics, and accessible, high-quality fertility care.

• Physician-owned and operated practice
• Comprehensive ART services on-site, including oocyte vitrification, PGT biopsies, and in-house egg donation
• Opportunities for clinical research and teaching OB/GYN residents
• Potential academic appointment as Associate Clinical Professor with the University of California Irvine, based on experience and background
• Direct mentorship and collaboration with a highly experienced Medical Director

• Guaranteed base salary with productivity-based bonuses

• Annual compensation range: $450,000 – $1,500,000 (based on productivity and experience)

• Board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
• Open to US candidates only
• Willingness to obtain California medical license (assistance provided)
• Full-time, on-site in Los Angeles (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
