Position: Architectural Designer (2–4 Years Experience)

Overview

RACAIA Architecture & Interior Design is seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident producing high-quality drawing sets, enjoys working through technical details, and is ready to take on increasing responsibility within a small, collaborative studio environment. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.

You will work closely with project architects and principals across multiple phases of design and documentation, contributing to projects from early design through construction.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop design and construction drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Assist in preparing full drawing sets for permit and construction
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal team members
  • Participate in design development, detailing, and documentation
  • Support project teams through construction administration as needed
  • Help maintain drawing standards and project organization
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Solid understanding of construction documentation
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Bonus (Highly Valued)
  • Experience working on projects requiring DSA review and approval
  • Experience with public or educational projects
  • Construction administration experience
  • Previous experience interacting directly with Clients
