Overview
RACAIA Architecture & Interior Design is seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident producing high-quality drawing sets, enjoys working through technical details, and is ready to take on increasing responsibility within a small, collaborative studio environment. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
You will work closely with project architects and principals across multiple phases of design and documentation, contributing to projects from early design through construction.
- Develop design and construction drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Assist in preparing full drawing sets for permit and construction
- Coordinate with consultants and internal team members
- Participate in design development, detailing, and documentation
- Support project teams through construction administration as needed
- Help maintain drawing standards and project organization
- 2–4 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Solid understanding of construction documentation
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Experience working on projects requiring DSA review and approval
- Experience with public or educational projects
- Construction administration experience
- Previous experience interacting directly with Clients
