Job Description / Primary Objective
Employees in this position will work on both projects and assisting the BIM manager to develop office wide BIM capabilities. We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience in commercial building types and a passion for technology. Responsibilities:

• Create parametric Revit families and other BIM content

• Help train staff in Revit and be available for BIM support requests

• Ensure standards are being followed

• Produce project construction documents as part of the team

• Work closely with staff members, senior staff and principals on each project from schematic design through construction administration.

Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.)
Knowledge/Skills/

Competencies:

• Degree in Architecture and minimum 3 years full time experience after graduation

• Must have an understanding of building codes and experience producing construction documents for commercial building types

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Enscape.

• Versed in Revit massing, shared coordinates, phasing, Autodesk Construction Cloud

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable

• Excellent problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work

• Highly organized and able to coordinate project information & documents
