Associate Designer - Affordable Housing

Our client is an integrated architecture and development practice dedicated to creating thoughtful, lasting, and innovative solutions for housing and community spaces. They are seeking an Associate Designer to join a creative team working on affordable housing and community projects that make a real impact. This role offers the chance to collaborate on meaningful designs that shape neighborhoods and improve lives.

• Contribute to design concepts through studies, diagrams, and research.
• Support project documentation and drawing production using Revit and Rhino.
• Assist with presentations, graphics, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Participate in construction administration tasks, including RFIs and site meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with building codes, detailing, and construction techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines across multiple project phases.
• Ability to be on-site, in office 5 days a week.
