Junior Architectural Designer​/Project Designer

Bittoni Architects is seeking a thoughtful, design driven
Junior Architectural / Project Designer
to join a small, principal led studio focused on clarity, rigor, and strong architectural communication.

This role is well suited for someone1 to 3 years out of school
who is interested in how architectural ideas are developed, presented, and tested both publicly and privately. The position offers exposure to a
unique mix of large public facing work and high quality single family residential projects
, with meaningful responsibility and close mentorship.

• Assemble
  project presentation decks
  for public meetings, reviews, and client presentations

• Develop clear, compelling
  diagrams and graphics
  including planning, massing, zoning, and design intent

• Support
  community outreach and public presentation efforts

• Coordinate and package materials for planning departments, advisory boards, and stakeholder meetings

• Generate and manage visual content, including
  renderings and Enscape visuals

• Help coordinate externally produced renderings and presentation materials

• Support architectural documentation and consultant coordination as needed

• Work closely with the principal to shape project narratives and presentation clarity

• 1 to 3 years
  of professional architectural or design experience

• Strong
  graphic, layout, and visual communication
  skills

• Comfortable producing polished presentation materials under direction

• Experience with
  Enscape
  is a plus

• Archi
  
  CAD experience is helpful but not required

• Organized, reliable, and detail oriented

• Comfortable working in a small studio where roles are flexible and evolving

• Curious, self motivated, and intentional about your work

• Los Angeles based or able to be in the office regularly, with some flexibility depending on project needs

• Direct collaboration and mentorship with the firm’s principal

• Meaningful responsibility paired with close support

• Exposure to both
  public process and private residential work

• A studio environment where design judgment and communication matter

• Room to grow as the studio and project workload expand

• Compensation competitive and commensurate with experience
