We are currently looking for an Architectural Design Assistant for a design firm in Sherman Oaks, CA. Gispan Design is a dynamic and innovative architectural design firm committed to delivering exceptional design solutions for our clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Design Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to create renderings and model shots for our clients. This role requires proficiency in Sketch Up and AutoCAD, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project managers and other team members. Must have knowledge of local zoning codes and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Hours:
Full-Time, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
- Assist the CEO in developing architectural renderings and model shots.
- Utilize Sketch Up and AutoCAD to produce high-quality designs.
- Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure design objectives are met.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in an architectural or design firm.
- A degree in Architecture, Design or a related field.
- Familiarity with other design software such as Vray, Lumion, 3d Max and Rhino.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, be punctual and detail-oriented.
