• Lead the architectural design process from concept through completion for high-end residential projects.
• Oversee detailed construction documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage all phases of project development, including site analysis and construction administration.
• Ensure exceptional quality and luxury standards throughout design and construction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-end residential or luxury property design.
• Expertise in bespoke, luxury projects with a strong portfolio of exceptional design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino) and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in office 5 days a week.
