About the Role:

We are working with a small, design-focused architecture studio in Los Angeles that creates contemporary homes and boutique hospitality projects across California and beyond. Known for their crafted detailing and refined modern aesthetic, they’re looking for a Job Captain to help deliver a growing pipeline of exciting new work.

You’d be joining a close-knit team where everyone rolls up their sleeves. This role would suit someone who enjoys working through the technical side of design, coordinating with consultants and builders, and seeing projects come to life on site.

This is a team that values craft, curiosity, and collaboration, but also doesn’t take itself too seriously. You will work closely with senior architects who take projects from concept through construction, learning something new every day. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed drawing sets from design through construction
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and the in-house build team
• Supporting project managers on documentation and schedules

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 3–6 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing
• Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment
• A good sense of humor and a positive, can‑do attitude
