We seek a Landscape Project Director to coordinate and manage strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable project delivery lead dedicated to improving project quality, a positive team player capable of working collaboratively and independently.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and maintain project milestones and deliverables on time throughout the project lifecycle.
- Thorough understanding of BIM workflows.
- Proficiency in developing project specifications.
- Experience in completing projects through construction.
- Development and oversight of design documentation, including schematic, design development, and construction documents.
- Support preparation of basis of design and specifications; oversee product research and material selection.
- Review and oversee drawing sets at all phases; lead consultant coordination; oversee code research; initiate and manage plan check processes; mentor teams on complex design issues.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing issuances, site visits, field notes, and punchlists.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Revit.
- Knowledge of team collaboration and management tools (e.g., Deltek, Newforma, Teams, Bluebeam).
- Accredited Landscape Architect preferred.
