Are you a technically strong architect looking for the next step in your career?

I’m working with a leading Los Angeles design practice seeking a Senior Technical Project Architect
. This is a key role for someone who wants to take ownership of project delivery on complex, large-scale work while also mentoring and developing younger architects.

You’ll be the go-to technical lead, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, from detailing and documentation through to coordination with consultants and contractors
. This is a great fit if you love the technical side of architecture and enjoy teaching, guiding, and supporting teams
.

• Leading the technical delivery of major projects across multiple sectors
• Producing and coordinating construction documentation and technical detailing
• Mentoring and training junior and mid-level architects
• Working closely with project managers and design teams to carry concepts through to completion
• Acting as a client-facing technical representative when required

• 10+ years of architectural experience with strong technical delivery skills
• Advanced Revit/BIM capability
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and code compliance
• Proven ability to mentor and train younger staff
• Confident communicator, comfortable in front of clients and consultants
