We are a State of the Art dental practice with an immediate opening for a competent Full-Time Experienced Dental Receptionist (preferred). The successful candidate will help make the office more efficient and pleasant for all patients by ensuring excellent customer service and handling basic front office duties.

The ideal Dental Receptionist should be well-organized, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and respect dental office regulations. You should be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and making office procedures smooth and efficient.

Requirements: Dependability, minimum one year of experience, bilingual in Spanish, benefits include paid vacation, monthly bonus, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments
• Assisting with treatment planning
• Helping patients with third-party financing
• Assisting patients with forms
• Preparing patient charts and schedules
• Updating records and documenting treatments
• Scheduling follow-ups and providing reminders
• Verifying payment methods and collecting payments
• Performing general office duties (answering phones, photocopying, filing, faxing)

Requirements:

• Proven dental office experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Proficiency in Dentrix software
• Understanding of administrative practices
• Good telephone etiquette
• Organizational skills
• Customer service skills
