We are seeking an Associate Dentist / Business Partner to join the Choice Dental Center team on a full-time basis at our on-site facility in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Your responsibilities will include performing consultations, diagnosing dental conditions, and executing a wide range of dental procedures such as preventive care, restorative work, and cosmetic treatments. Additionally, you will collaborate with our professional team to ensure the optimal patient experience while upholding our high standards of care.

This role also offers the opportunity to engage in the business side of the practice, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term growth initiatives.

• Expertise in diagnostic skills and various dental procedures, including cosmetic dentistry, root canals, crowns, orthodontic treatments, and dental implants.
• Knowledge in patient care, communication, and creating treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Proficiency with state-of-the-art dental technology and adherence to safety and sanitary protocols.
• Collaborative skills for working in a family-friendly, team-oriented environment.
• Leadership and business acumen for contributing to practice management and strategic growth.
• Current California Dental License and credentials to perform a variety of procedures.
