Key Responsibilities- Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
- Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
- Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
- Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and may be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks and may exert up to forty (40) pounds.
