Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams.
  • Stay current with training, updates, and system changes.
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks;

reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
