YOURDAY TO DAY
Our Receptionists enjoy providing the best customer experience to our clientele! From the moment they greet the client walking through the door to the last interactions as they leave our salons, our receptionist is making sure our client enjoys every second of their salon experience with S+B. You’ll check clients in/out, schedule appointments, and answer the phone/texts. Each salon is like a family, and everyone is responsible for contributing to the overall client experience!
ReceptionistResponsibilities
- Greet and check in/out clients with our appointment booking and processing system, Booker.
- Learn & maintain expert level knowledge of S+B airbrush tanning and sugaring services, memberships and product line.
- Perform side tasks including maintaining the front of the house such as cleanliness of the lobby and restocking products, as well as back of the house maintenance of laundry, disposables, and creating a clean work environment.
- Answer client questions surrounding the tanning/sugaring process, formula, services offered, and before/aftercare of the client’s service.
- Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- An eye detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment.
- Dependable schedule that comes out weeks in advance.
