Part‑Time Front Desk Associate – 10000 Washington Blvd
Join our team as a Part‑Time Front Desk Associate at WeWork, a global provider of flexible workspace solutions. You’ll be the heart and “face” of our hospitality team, serving as the primary point of contact for members and guests.

OpportunityAs a Front Desk Associate, you will work in a weekday schedule, reporting to a beautiful location and supporting the Community Management team. Depending on the site, you may serve a diverse mix of members or focus on Enterprise clients with unique needs.
Working ScheduleMonday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 pm – 3:00 pm (subject to change)
- Create a welcoming community environment for members and guests.
- Proactively learn member names, answer questions, and address needs.
- Support front‑desk operations, including mail and package handling.
- Ensure building operations run smoothly and make adjustments when needed.
- Take direction from the Community Associate, Lead, and Manager.
- Be an expert in WeWork products and promote relevant services.
- Illustrate WeWork’s core values while working toward our mission.
- Greet all members and guests warmly.
- Cover front‑desk during business hours and serve as an on‑site point of contact.
- Ensure guests are registered and meet WeWork’s policies.
- Provide orientation and relevant information to first‑time visitors.
- Handle issuing and collection of keysiatr.
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and clutter‑free.
- Notify members of deliveries and packages.
- Learn member names and business details to build relationships.
- Track member notes and information in WeWork systems.
- Answer questions confidently and recommend WeWork products.
- Celebrate member successes and milestones.
- Explain WeWork policies and procedures.
- Recommend local restaurants bijk other services.
- Assist with mail and package handling throughout the day.
- Explain mailroom policies to members.
- Monitor spaces and adjust as needed.
- Maintain building amenities (e.g., retracking bowls, keycards, printers).
- Respond promptly to emergencies, escalating and recording incidents.
- Enjoy meeting people from all backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence as the brand’s face.
- Passionate about helping others and prioritizing member experience.
- Team‑oriented and ready to roll up sleeves when needed.
- Experienced in hospitality, retail, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency with basic computer skills.
- Demonstrates integrity, dependability, accountability, and compassion.
- Passionate about WeWork’s mission and values.
- Secondary school certificate preferred.
- Base Pay: $21 to $22 per hour.
- Incentive Compensation:
Eligible for an incentive plan (details upon hire). - Full‑time benefits (listed for context): 20 days PTO, 13 paid holidays, 80 hrs sick time, 16 weeks parental leave, healthcare, 401(k), life & AD&D insurance.
