Overview

As a Receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face of the lounge, setting the tone for a calm, polished, and memorable visit for First Class, Prestige Class, and Sky Team Elite Plus travelers from around the world.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in luxury environments and take pride in delivering gracious, composed, and personalized service.

What You Will Do
  • Warmly welcome eligible guests and manage lounge access with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide concierge style support, including guidance on amenities, dining options, shower suite availability, Wi Fi access, and general travel inquiries.
  • Answer phones, manage guest flow, and support daily front desk operations.
  • Partner closely with lounge leadership and service teams to ensure seamless operations throughout the day.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of appearance, professionalism, and guest confidentiality.
  • Follow all airport, TSA, OSHA, and Korean Air service and safety standards.
  • Support opening, mid shift, and closing responsibilities as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bilingual Korean and English skills are preferred.
  • Previous experience in premium or luxury hospitality, customer service, airline lounges, hotels, or high-end service environments preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, polished, and guest-focused presence.
  • Ability to multitask while remaining composed during peak travel periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on flight schedules.
