Salary Range
: $18.50–$25.00 per hour
- Greet and assist customers by phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information about company products and services.
- Respond to customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Help resolve basic customer concerns and ensure follow-up when required.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
