Overview

We are searching for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to provide high-quality support to customers, assist with inquiries, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers by phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about company products and services.
  • Respond to customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Help resolve basic customer concerns and ensure follow-up when required.
  • Maintain and update customer records and documentation accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
