As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching HVAC service technicians to address client needs promptly and efficiently. • Receive incoming service requests and inquiries from clients.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to client locations.
• Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, providing necessary information and updates.
• Monitor technician schedules and ensure timely arrival to service locations.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch activities, and technician availability.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

• Previous experience in a similar dispatching role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in using dispatching software and communication tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
