Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As the face of VCA Chatoak, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice and is responsible for delivering excellent service to clients and their pets.
Why We Need YouThe Client Service Representative is the pivot around which the hospital operates. You will build trust and confidence with each customer and support the mission that pet health is our top priority.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and answer telephones, guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
- Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
- Answer questions regarding products and services and educate clients on general animal husbandry and non‑medical pet care.
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain hospital hygiene by removing animal waste and ensuring the facility is neat and clean at all times both inside and outside.
We are open seven days a week including holidays from 7 am to 12 am.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation: $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
