Key Objectives
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to customers across various communication channels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or elevate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Stay informed about Amazon’s products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and insights.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
