해상화물 물류회사에서 OPERATION COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE를 구합니다.
근무지역: CARSON, CA
근무형태:
Full-Time (정규직) • 근무요일: 월–금 (주 5일)
- 해상 화물 관련 전반적인 오퍼레이션 업무 지원
- 이메일 및 전화 문의 응대
- INVOICE 및 기본 운송 관련 문서 작성
- 내부 시스템/스프레드시트 업데이트
- 운송 진행 상황 확인 및 기본 트래킹
- 기본적인 영어 및 한국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
- MS Office 또는 Google Sheets 사용 가능자
- 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 업무를 처리하시는 분
- 팀 커뮤니케이션이 원활하고 협업에 성실한 분
- 물류 분야 경력자 또는 물류 분야에 관심 있는 신입 우대
- 급여: 면접 후 협의
- 유급 휴가(Paid Time Off), Matching 401(K)
