Our company is seeking a reliable and experienced travel agent to join our team. As a travel agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements.

This role is crucial in assisting clients with their travel arrangements. By planning, organizing, and booking their travel, you will be providing valuable assistance to ensure smooth and enjoyable experiences for your clients.

• Research and provide information on destinations, including flights, accommodations, attractions, and local customs.
• Develop customized itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide advice on travel requirements such as visas, passports, and vaccinations.
• Book all aspects of travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours or transfers.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers (airlines/hotels/car rentals) to ensure the best possible rates are obtained.
• Continually stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations.

• High school diploma/GED required;
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite a;nd Google applications.
