THE ROLE:

We are seeking a creative, professional, and high-energy Social Media Content Creator for a two-day, on-site project in Los Angeles on February 24th and 25th
.

You will accompany an agency client to 1–2 podcast studio interviews each day across various locations in LA. Your mission is to capture premium "Behind the Scenes" (BTS) content and produce a series of high-impact Reels that capture the authority and essence of the client’s brand. This role is for a creator who knows how to capture "thought-leader" brands, focusing on cinematic B-roll and professional storytelling that elevates our clients' high-caliber brand.

• On-Site Capture:
  Attending podcast recordings to capture high-quality raw footage of the interview process, "green room" moments, studio aesthetics, and "walk-and-talk" transitions.
• Direction:
  Confidently prompting/directing the client for "key takeaway" videos or quick "hook" clips between sessions to be used as talking-head content.
• Logistics & Navigation:
  Meeting the client at various studio locations across Los Angeles.
  Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Discretion:
  Maintaining a professional presence in-studio, ensuring you are capturing the moment without disrupting the interview or the host.
• Rapid Delivery:
  Organizing and transferring all raw assets by the end of each shoot day.
• Strategic Brand Elevation (3–5 Reels):
  Produce high-energy, "day-in-the-life" Reels that capture the excitement of the LA press tour while elevating the client’s visual brand to a high-caliber, elite thought-leader status.

• You are a current student or a freelance creator with a portfolio of expert, thought-leader, day-in-the-life or BTS social content.
• Technical Requirements: You must own an iPhone 15 Pro (or newer) and be proficient in Cap Cut or Adobe Premiere.
• You understand the difference between "influencer" content and "expert" content—you know how to make a CEO look like a global authority.
• You are discreet in-studio but assertive when you need to get the shot.
• You understand the UPLVL aesthetic: clean, authoritative, premium, and sophisticated.
• You are punctual, organized, and proactive.
