Sage Social LA is seeking aSocial Media Managerto support the day-to-day management of client social media accounts and assist with in-person content shoots.Candidates must be based in Los Angelesand have proven experience in social media marketing across multiple industries.

Only local candidates with a portfolio will be considered. Agency experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of social strategies that drive engagement and results for clients
  • Manage the client relationship end to end, heading up client growth, and ensuring a positive and long-term client partnership with your group of clients.
  • Manage all aspects of content creation and campaign ideation, ensuring deliverables align with business goals. Analyze, report, and optimize performance metrics to continuously elevate client results
  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars with compelling, on-brand copywriting.
  • Design eye-catching graphics in Canva; proficiency in InDesign or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Support and assist during on-site client content shoots. Including filming Iphone video content.
  • Actively engage with client audiences to grow followers, boost engagement, and foster community.
  • Edit short-form video content, including Reels and Tik Toks, to align with client goals and trends.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across client accounts.
  • Contribute to influencer outreach and partnership campaigns.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager
  • Excellent copywriting abilities paired with a creative eye for storytelling.
  • Outstanding communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and evolving in the digital space.

Bonus Skills:

  • Photography or content creation Experience
