ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Events Crew you'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence during our off‑site events. This position is primarily focused on Beach Breathwork happening weekly on Sunday's and we will be expanding our off‑site events schedule in the coming months. You can expect a fast paced, fun start‑up environment working with inspiring individuals. This role is part time and paid.

Responsibilities- Every Sunday for the foreseeable future
- 3.5 hour shift from 8:30am to 12pm
- Lift equipment and carry about 100 yards onto the beach
- Must be able to lift at least 50+ lbs
- Paid hour break between 10am-11am
- Learn to set up audio and conduct soundcheck
- Provide a welcoming environment for guests
- Easy to work with in a team setting
$18 - $20 an hour
Qualifications- Must have the ability to prioritize and adapt within a fast‑paced environment
- Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Must have a solutions‑oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
