• Lead the planning and execution of live events from concept to completion
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop unique event formats that embody the No Curfew brand
• Oversee the production budget, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
• Manage the production team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards during all events
• Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and utilize feedback for future improvements

• Proven experience in event production, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of live event logistics, technical requirements, and creative processes
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse teams
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate creative ideas effectively
• A passion for culture, creativity, and emerging technologies within the entertainment industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Event Management, Production, or Communications
