Overview
No Curfew is a Los Angeles-based media and entertainment company building new formats at the intersection of live experiences, culture, and creative technology. We develop original concepts and produce high-impact events and content that resonate with audiences. Our work often involves collaboration with diverse talent and brands to transform cultural ideas into scalable experiences that thrive in both digital and real-world settings.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of live events from concept to completion
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop unique event formats that embody the No Curfew brand
- Oversee the production budget, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
- Manage the production team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards during all events
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and utilize feedback for future improvements
- Proven experience in event production, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of live event logistics, technical requirements, and creative processes
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse teams
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate creative ideas effectively
- A passion for culture, creativity, and emerging technologies within the entertainment industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Event Management, Production, or Communications
