Social Media Manager; US - CapCut

Responsibilities

About the Role We’re looking for a high-impact social media strategist and creative thinker to define and elevate Cap Cut’s global presence across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, culture, creativity, and community — owning how Cap Cut shows up, speaks, and connects with users worldwide. You’ll be responsible for building Cap Cut’s official social channels into best-in-class brand accounts that people follow for Cap Cut updates, inspiration, ideas, and cultural relevance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing;
  Bachelor's degree or above; basic video editing and design skills required
• A globally experienced strategist with strong creative instincts and cultural sensitivity, experienced in building high-quality brand social accounts at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate about editing and content creation, highly curious and familiar with AI-powered creative tools
• Strong in both strategy, data, and creative execution, with a sharp eye for platform nuances and creative details
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural global team environment
