Position Summary

We’re seeking a full-time Creative Operations Producer (official title: Brand Operations Specialist) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. NYA SZN, a SHEIN sub brand, is seeking a Creative Operations Producer to support the executional engine behind a fast-growing, design-led fashion brand. This is a salaried, high-impact role designed to attract a strong operator who thrives at the intersection of creative production, talent coordination, and operational execution.

This role is foundational to NYA SZN’s next phase of growth. As the brand scales its creative output and moves toward operating its own studio, strong creative operations are essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and momentum. This position enables creative leaders to focus on vision while ensuring execution is seamless. The Creative Operations Producer is responsible for ensuring that photoshoots, talent bookings, samples, logistics, and day-to-day creative operations run smoothly, on time, and with a high level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, socially confident, and comfortable owning multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment. This is not a passive coordination role — it requires initiative, follow-through, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Creative Operations & Shoot Execution
    • Own end-to-end coordination of photoshoots, from pre-planning through post-shoot follow-through
    • Prepare and manage shoot schedules, timelines, and run-of-show documents
    • Ensure samples, talent, locations, props, and equipment are prepared and ready ahead of shoot days
    • Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them before they impact execution
    • Support on-set execution to ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently
    • Support model and talent booking for photoshoots, campaigns, and brand moments
    • Conduct client and talent outreach via phone, email, and platforms
    • Schedule castings, fittings, and bookings; manage confirmations and follow-ups
    • Build and maintain model profiles and booking documentation
    • Work with influencers and talent agencies; experience with Instagram influencers is a strong plus
  • Travel, Logistics & Administration
    • Coordinate travel and accommodations for talent and crew
    • Manage shoot-day logistics including call sheets, permits (as needed), and equipment coordination
    • Ensure contracts and agreements are executed and submitted to the appropriate teams
    • Maintain clear documentation and trackers for shoots, talent, and logistics
  • Sample Coordination & Asset Readiness
    • Track and manage samples across photoshoots and internal use
    • Coordinate sample pulls, returns, labeling, and organization
    • Ensure samples are shoot-ready (steamed, complete, and properly prepared for shoot readiness)
    • Maintain a clean, organized sample room and update tracking logs regularly
  • Cross-Functional Communication
    • Act as a key point of contact between Creative, Styling, Merchandising, Production, and external partners
    • Provide clear, timely updates on status, risks, and next steps
    • Support continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce last-minute issues
Job Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in creative operations, production coordination, studio operations, talent booking, or a related role
  • Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills — must be comfortable taking calls and leading conversations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to take initiative, set up meetings, schedule castings, and problem-solve independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
  • Proficiency in Excel and tracking tools
