We’re seeking a Social Content Creator who lives and breathes beauty culture, storytelling, and social media trends.

In this role, you’ll bring our hair and men’s grooming brands to life across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. You’ll report directly to the Social Media Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

• Conceptualize and produce photo/video content tailored to each brand’s aesthetic and audience.
• Shoot high-quality visuals using mobile and professional camera gear.
• Edit content for mobile-first platforms with light color correction, retouching, sound, and captions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build campaign calendars aligned with product launches, trends, and seasonal initiatives.
• Stay ahead of social trends, aesthetics, and platform best practices.
• Tailor content to maximize engagement and conversions.

• Work closely with Brand Managers, Product teams, and Creative Directors to tell cohesive brand stories.
• Provide insights from content performance to influence strategy and creative direction.

• Maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice across platforms.
• Engage with community comments and feedback in a professional, on-brand manner.

You’ll be the creative engine behind content that inspires, educates, and converts — from polished campaigns to fun, fast, trend-driven moments.

• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, You Tube, ads, product videos)
• Create beauty-focused content including tutorials, transformations, product highlights, BTS, and trend-based videos
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social, Brand, and Product teams
• Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, aesthetics, and campaign goals
• Assist with on-site shoots, launches, events, and content days
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining speed and quality

You’re creative, fast, collaborative, and deeply tapped into beauty culture.

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing beauty, lifestyle, or personal care content
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Experience filming and editing on mobile and professional equipment
• A natural understanding of social-first storytelling
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Comfort being hands‑on — filming, editing, styling, and posting
• Passion for beauty and haircare products
