  • Partner with the Social Director and Producer to ensure shot lists meet platform needs (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts).
  • Develop visual frameworks for shoot days, mapping scenes, models, and setups to key content pillars.
  • Ensure shot lists align with strategy objectives — awareness, engagement, conversion, or community building.
  • Manage revisions and feedback across departments to finalize approved shot lists before each production.
  • Continuously optimize shot list templates and creative processes for efficiency and output quality.

  • Provide creative notes during styling selections, ensuring cohesion between wardrobe, props, and setting.
  • Ensure styling and set direction support social-first storytelling and content variety.

  • Troubleshoot creative issues in real time and make confident visual decisions during production.
Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Producer on pre-production planning, ensuring creative clarity and schedule efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Director to ensure influencer-led content maintains brand creative standards.
  • Provide feedback loops to Social and Growth teams post-shoot — what worked, what content performed, and what to iterate.
  • Document key learnings to improve future shot list design and production strategy.
Process & Workflow Management
  • Own the shot list process from ideation through post-production — ensuring clarity, organization, and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions, visual references, and file organization across shoots.
  • Collaborate with the Producer to track deliverables, version control, and shot coverage.
  • Create or refine internal creative documentation (styling guides, lighting references, creative briefs).
