* * Top Growth Marketing is growing and we’re looking for talented creatives to join our vibrant, remote digital marketing team! Your Responsibilities:

As a creative, you’ll be working alongside our media buying, email, and copy teams to produce a variety of ad content for a number of eCommerce clients as well as in-house projects. Some of your tasks will include:
* Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, You Tube, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trends
* Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team
* Create graphics for all ad platforms & email collateral
* Work with project managers and media buyers to make creatives that convert (look at CTR, CPC and other data to make creative decisions)
* You’re a player-coach who’s committed to inventive design for everything from brand campaigns to ad designs
* Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
* Drive continual improvement in our creative quality, thinking and capabilities
* Elevate the visual representation of our client’s brands through effective graphic design across all mediums

Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience designing ads + emails - preferably for eCommerce clients.
* Use of Canva and Photoshop (other creative platforms is a plus)
* Video editing is a plus, but not needed
* Understaning creatives for Facebook, Instagram, emails and Tiktok content
* Strong English skills, to make the team/dream work
* Agency experience is a plus
* Ability to work independently, self-organize, and meet deadlines
* Ability to do your own research to understand project/client requirements
