Why This RoleWe’re looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support high‑impact campaigns across radio, digital, podcast, and experiential platforms. Audio is booming – radio reaches more people than TV, podcasting is the fastest‑growing medium, and consumers are connected 24/7.

What You’ll Do- Understand and support the sales processes and procedures used by iHeart
Media Sales teams. - Follow up and maintain billing in a correct and timely fashion.
- Work with sales leads to generate proposals.
- Manage and file sales lead expense reports.
- Maintain individual and team calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings to drive sales revenue.
- Proactively research news and updates for West Coast brands.
- Assist the sales team with sales material creation and recaps.
- Enter and manage CRM data.
- Keep up with latest news and tech advances that will impact iHeart
Media and clients.
- Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Linked In Navigator, sales lead generation sites, and Veritone a plus.
- Understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn media sales.
- A great attitude, flexibility and creativity.
- Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return.
- Full proficiency and understanding of job function.
- Open communication with colleagues and direct reports that encourages collaboration and team consensus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Efficiency with independent work under minimal guidance.
- Commitment to process improvement for overall team effectiveness.
- Professional communication that stresses diplomacy, empathy, and patience.
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
Pay range: $19.24 – $24.05 per hour.
