Post Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Post Coordinator to join our fast-paced post-production team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and maintains exceptional precision across a wide range of essential tasks. This role is crucial to the smooth and efficient workflow of all our projects, requiring both technical proficiency and excellent organizational skills.

• Media Import and Output: Handling the accurate importing and exporting of various media files, ensuring correct specifications and metadata are maintained for seamless delivery to internal and external partners.
• Documentation and Organization: Creating and maintaining detailed shot lists, cue sheets, and other vital project documentation to track progress and asset location.
• Asset Management: Diligently managing and organizing MXF media and other raw and finished assets on the network storage, ensuring proper backups and archiving.
• Finish Preparation: Working closely with editors and colorists on finish preps, including conforming timelines, ensuring frame-accurate cuts, and prepping files for final color, sound mix, and delivery.
• Technical Support: Acting as a first-line troubleshooter for common editorial system issues (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro) and resolving minor technical hiccups to keep the editorial team on schedule.
• Editorial Updates: Making small, precise updates and revisions to existing cuts as directed by the editorial or creative team.
