ABOUT THIS ROLEThis role is not administrative. It is editorial and strategic
—for someone who understands how talent choices influence brand perception, cultural relevance, and content performance in a video-first media landscape.
We’re looking for a producer-minded thinker who can identify guests that bring depth, perspective, and presence to long-form conversation—and who understands how those conversations extend beyond the episode itself.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and secure high-profile, culturally relevant talent aligned with the show’s audience and evolution
- Pitch talent, agents, and publicists with clear strategic context
- Evaluate guests for story value, on-camera presence, and conversational range
- Book approximately 3 high-quality guests per month (to start)
- Serve as the primary liaison between talent (and their teams) and our internal team from booking through recording -- good vibes and relationship builders are a must
- Maintain a thoughtful, well-organized talent pipeline
- Stay ahead of cultural moments, nostalgia cycles, and emerging conversations relevant to women 40+
- Collaborate with the team to ensure talent choices support broader brand visibility and content goals
- Approach booking decisions with a video-first, producer-level lens
- Senior-level experience booking or producing talent for: television, digital video, podcasts, or major media platforms
- TV talent producer experience strongly preferred
- A well-established network of talent, agents, and publicists
, with the ability to activate relationships—not just build them - Excellent editorial judgment and taste
- Ability to think beyond individual episodes toward series-level impact
- Highly organized, independent, and strategic
- This role is designed for an individual producer who will personally own talent relationships and bookings; agency submissions will not be considered.

- New York City–based candidates strongly preferred due to proximity to talent and location of filming
- Monthly retainer
- Estimated output: ~3 high-quality guest bookings per month
