We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Producer to join our production house. The role involves assisting the Head of Studio in overseeing aspects of production from concept development to final delivery. It requires strong organizational skills, a creative vision, a genuine love for romance media, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Proven experience as a Producer in film or television production, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Proven experience in the romance genre in film, television, or other media
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Creative vision and ability to provide constructive feedback to creative team members
• Knowledge of the film and television industry, including current trends and emerging technologies
• Master's degree in film, communications, or related field preferred, but not required
