RequirementsKey Responsibilities & Duties
- Distill complex topics, technical processes, and source materials into high‑quality content and messaging that engages diverse audiences, increases understanding and readiness, and aligns with established organizational voice and style guidelines.
- Develop a wide range of content, including but not limited to:
- Communication materials
- Process and training documentation
- System user and navigation guides

- Other program‑related materials
- Work closely with program SMEs to curate, adapt, and create content based on existing organizational resources to support communications and training for internal staff, external participants, vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Create charts, diagrams, and visual aids to supplement technical content and enhance training materials, presentations, and resource documents, improving comprehension of complex concepts, processes, or policy information.
- Consult with internal stakeholders and SMEs to review and validate content for accuracy and clarity.
- Recommend updates to handbooks and published materials to improve accessibility, readability, and usability for target audiences.
- Develop project‑specific raw content for use in social media and outreach messaging to reach identified target audiences.
- Propose, design, create, and write additional content as needed to support program goals.

- Coordinate with communications and editorial teams to follow established review, editing, and publishing workflows and timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
