Work with program teams and project stakeholders to coordinate cross‑functional efforts and ensure the timely development of content for communications, engagement, and readiness activities supporting a large‑scale program initiative. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and draft project‑specific content in a cohesive, consistent voice that reaches diverse audiences—ranging from those deeply familiar with the program to those with no prior knowledge of the organization or industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Distill complex topics, technical processes, and source materials into high‑quality content and messaging that engages diverse audiences, increases understanding and readiness, and aligns with established organizational voice and style guidelines.
  • Develop a wide range of content, including but not limited to:
    • Communication materials
    • Process and training documentation
    • System user and navigation guides
    • Talking points
    • Presentations
    • Other program‑related materials
  • Work closely with program SMEs to curate, adapt, and create content based on existing organizational resources to support communications and training for internal staff, external participants, vendors, and community stakeholders.
  • Create charts, diagrams, and visual aids to supplement technical content and enhance training materials, presentations, and resource documents, improving comprehension of complex concepts, processes, or policy information.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders and SMEs to review and validate content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Recommend updates to handbooks and published materials to improve accessibility, readability, and usability for target audiences.
  • Develop project‑specific raw content for use in social media and outreach messaging to reach identified target audiences.
  • Propose, design, create, and write additional content as needed to support program goals.
  • Manage content creation and delivery schedules, accounting for SME availability, dependencies, and internal review processes.
  • Coordinate with communications and editorial teams to follow established review, editing, and publishing workflows and timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
