School Volunteer Impacted Incarceration at Los Angeles High School Arts

Overview

POPS the Club is seeking volunteers for Los Angeles High School of the Arts. POPS supports students impacted by the carceral system through weekly clubs during the academic year. The program began at Venice High School in 2013 and expanded to eight high schools and other states. POPS publishes an annual anthology of students' and graduates' writings and artwork. The POPS curriculum encourages self-expression, mindfulness, and community engagement.
