Position OverviewWe are looking for a culturally plugged‑in, endlessly curious Social Media Coordinator Content Creator to help run our social channels, build strategies for talent pages, and support branded creator‑first campaigns.
This role is less about high‑end editing and more about ideas, social fluency, and knowing what makes content hit. You’ll concept, produce, publish, and analyze social content across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and emerging platforms, while staying obsessively tuned into creator trends, platform rollouts, and cultural moments.
Ideal candidates are trend‑obsessed, creative, organized, and excited to work in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management & Content Creation- Run and maintain Cross Check Studios’ social channels with consistent, platform-native content.
- Ideate, pitch, and develop creative concepts rooted in Gen‑Z culture, internet trends, creator behavior, and emerging formats.
- Publish short‑form content across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube; light editing skills a plus.
- Build and manage social content calendars for Cross Check and select creator/client accounts.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments at shoots and events when needed.
- Monitor channels, track performance, and pull insights to inform future strategy.
- Research creators, trends, formats, platform updates, cultural moments, and competitive landscapes.
- Help pull data and compile post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Contribute to brainstorms across creative, talent, production, and social teams.
- Work closely with Creative, Production, and Talent teams to execute social deliverables end‑to‑end.
- Assist with asset organization, scheduling, and on‑set support when needed.
- Gain exposure to full campaign life cycles, from pitch to launch.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, or digital production.
- Deep understanding of Gen‑Z culture, Tik Tok language, creator ecosystems, and viral trends.
- Strong familiarity with Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Baseline editing/posting skills (Cap Cut, Adobe, or similar).
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple timelines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative thinker with initiative, curiosity, and collaborative energy.
- Understanding of sports, fan culture, or live moments (NFL, NBA, UFC, etc.)
- Experience building social strategy for creators or lifestyle brands.
- Adobe Suite or Canva skills.
- Hands‑on experience shaping social content across top platforms.
- Exposure to creator‑driven campaigns, branded storytelling, and culturally relevant moments.
- Mentorship from strategists, creatives, and producers deeply connected to Gen‑Z internet culture.
