Technical Designer

The Fashion Technical Designer will work with the Fashion Designer, Fashion Director, and internal teams to develop design solutions through the construction phase.

• Fit Consistency Mastery:
  You will lead the effort to establish and maintain consistent fit standards for the brand, ensuring that every product aligns with our vision and customer expectations.
• Specs and Grading Expertise:
  Your role involves creating and upholding comprehensive specs and grading guidelines for all product categories.
• Factory Collaboration and Training:
  Collaborating closely with factories and team members, you will impart your fit DNA expertise, ensuring that everyone understands and adheres to our brand's fit standards and work with team members.
• Numerical and Geometric Proficiency:
  Your capability to work effectively with numbers and shapes will be essential, as you analyze and interpret data to ensure precise fit and pattern adjustments.
• Product Insight:
  Possessing a keen eye for product aesthetics, fit, and shapes, you will contribute valuable insights to enhance product design and execution.
• Mathematical Excellence:
  Your profound understanding of mathematics and the intricate relationship between fit alterations, patterns, and specifications will be crucial in your role.

• Technical Design Proficiency: 5-7 + years of hands‑on experience in technical design, demonstrating your mastery of pattern making, fit technology, and specification.
• Overseas Communication:
  Your ability to articulate technical needs effectively to overseas partners is vital in maintaining seamless collaboration.
