Social Media and Outreach Coordinator

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Social Media and Outreach Coordinator to support ARRAY’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is for someone who thrives in storytelling, audience engagement and content creation. You’ll create dynamic social assets, manage online communities, track analytics and leverage innovative tools to enhance efficiency. If you’re passionate about using social media to amplify diverse voices and drive impact across ARRAY’s film production, film distribution, education and public programming pillars, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Design:
Design on-brand and eye-catching social assets across multiple platforms for our Programming, Releasing, Education and Filmworks pillars.

Writing & Messaging:
Craft compelling, concise and engaging social media copy that reflects ARRAY’s voice and values.

Platform Management:
Support ARRAY’s current social media platforms and emerging platforms as relevant.

Community Engagement:
Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, engaging in conversations that reflect ARRAY’s values, amplifying our projects and responding to followers in a timely and thoughtful manner.

Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports on social media engagement, growth and campaign effectiveness.

App Management:
Work with team members to create and support internal apps.

Industry Outreach:
As needed, work with departments on special events and activations that require targeted outreach to our film and education communities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in social content creation and digital engagement, preferably in film, media or related industries.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy that drives engagement.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools for designing high-quality social assets.

Familiarity with AI-driven tools for social media management, content generation and analytics is a plus.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to support campaigns and activations.

Passion for ARRAY’s mission and a deep commitment to diverse storytelling and inclusive representation.

Open to working extended hours when needed and attending industry events to stay connected to the evolving social media landscape.
