Now we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to level up our content engine and join our growing team in Los Angeles. You will OWN performance creative end-to-end and collaborate directly to with our founders to push our creative boundaries. You’ll decide what content gets made, which partners we scale, build repeatable systems, and turn data into insights.

What You ll Own:
  • End-to-end performance creative strategy on Meta/IG, with the primary goal of scaling media spend while maintaining a healthy CAC.
  • Lead content strategy and success with our internal team (video editors, designers, etc.) as well as external partners/agencies.
  • Architect & manage a high-volume content system that allows us to produce performance-driven content at scale.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with our brand positioning, speak to our target customer personas, and convey our products  key value propositions.
  • Script new concepts, hooks, and angles by analyzing performance data, trends, and what s working in the algorithm.
  • Translate creative metrics & data into clear, actionable insights for the team to use.
Who We re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
  • Proven experience creating content that has gotten 50K+ media spend (per ad).
  • Strong creative judgment and taste - you know what good creatives look and feel like before the data confirms it.
  • Have built and operated a high-volume paid creative system.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with deep intuition for direct-response
  • Highly independent and relentless about content, but also able to communicate with other stakeholders to drive results.
  • Thrives in start-up environments and scrappy
  • Bonus: Experience with health & wellness brands is strongly preferred.
