Overview
KEVANI services a diverse portfolio of out-of-home (OOH) media destinations, including digital and analog installations, across Los Angeles County and Orange County. These destinations support a constantly rotating roster of national and local advertising campaigns.
RoleThe OOH Photo/Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality photography and video that documents live advertising campaigns across KEVANI’s inventory. This role partners closely with the Brand Content Producer, Marketing team, and Sales support to ensure all campaigns are captured accurately, beautifully, and on schedule. This position requires technical expertise, strong visual judgment, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of outdoor media environments.
Key Responsibilities- Content Capture and Production:
Capture professional photography and video of active advertising campaigns across KEVANI’s digital and static media destinations - Plan and manage an efficient shooting schedule to ensure complete coverage of all required campaigns
- Operate camera equipment safely and professionally in urban, roadside, and freeway environments
- Edit and deliver color-corrected, properly exposed, and specification-ready photography and video assets
- Produce short-form video edits with professional color correction, compositing, tracking, and rendering when required
- Study traffic patterns, lighting conditions, and environmental factors to optimize capture quality for each unit
- Adhere to the Production Breakdown for each media destination, documenting capture requirements including time of day, angles, equipment, and camera settings
- Update documentation as needed to reflect real-world conditions and best practices
- Identify and communicate anomalies, including LED issues, pixel inconsistencies, screen irregularities, visibility challenges, or traffic concerns
- Maintain consistent communication with Marketing and Sales support regarding media destination status and field observations
- Maintain clear, proactive communication regarding schedules, delivery timelines, and field conditions
- Support the broader marketing and sales organization with reliable, polished, client-ready visual assets
- Plan weekly capture schedules to ensure coverage of concerts, sporting events, and high-impact cultural moments
- Create narrative-driven visual stories that showcase KEVANI assets in real-world, high-energy environments
- Operate on a flexible schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekends based on event timing and campaign priorities
- All campaigns documented accurately and delivered on schedule
- Consistent visual quality across all media destinations and locations
- Clear communication with Marketing and Sales teams
- Proactive identification of media destination issues before they impact clients
